Terms of Service

EmptyJet provides access to verified charter flight offers, aggregated from public sources and confirmed by brokers or operators. We do not operate flights, act as a broker, or participate in booking processes.

The service includes:

• Displaying real-time charter flights (including empty legs and on-demand offers)
• Verifying flight availability through partners
• Providing contact details upon confirmation and payment

All information is provided for informational purposes only. EmptyJet is not a party to any agreements between users and flight operators.

During beta testing, the platform does not charge commission fees. Users gain access to verified contacts for confirmed flights without any markup. Terms may change after beta testing ends.

The pricing model and access structure will be announced after the beta testing period ends.

EmptyJet does not guarantee that users will be able to successfully book a flight after receiving contact information. We provide verified contact details and evidence (e.g., screenshots, communication logs), but all further negotiations and transactions are the sole responsibility of the user.

Upon request, we can recommend a licensed aviation broker to handle the full transaction process. This service is optional and subject to separate payment.

EmptyJet collects, processes, and publishes flight data under a valid NB RED license issued in a free economic zone of the Emirate of Sharjah (UAE). This license covers the following activities:

• Aggregation of publicly available data (from internet sources, public channels, newsletters)
• Structuring, filtering, and automated processing using AI algorithms
• Providing access to curated data as part of a digital information service

EmptyJet is not a charter broker, does not offer transportation or agency services, does not process payments for flights, and is not involved in financial transactions between users and operators. We provide information services only.

Unauthorized copying, scraping, or reuse of EmptyJet data is strictly prohibited.

EmptyJet shall not be held liable for:

• Cancellations, delays, or errors related to third-party flight offers
• Disputes between users and operators
• Any losses resulting from unsuccessful bookings

The maximum liability of EmptyJet shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific contact.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
