Private Jet Charter

An empty leg is a published repositioning sector: the aircraft, route, and timing already exist. Dedicated charter is the other product. You enter a route and date on flight search, then send a charter request. Operators confirm an aircraft that can fly that trip.

Choose dedicated charter when listed empty legs cannot cover your airports or date, or when you need a different aircraft class than the one already flying.

• Empty leg: a listed one-way sector with a published route and schedule. Search and compare live listings on flight search.
• Dedicated charter: you send origin, destination, a departure date, passenger count, passport citizenships, and a minimum aircraft class. Operators confirm aircraft, availability, and terms for that itinerary.

The request is the form on flight search. After you enter a route, it collects:

1. Departure and arrival airports. Search also accepts a city, then you choose the airport.
2. A departure date.
3. Passenger count and passport citizenships.
4. A minimum aircraft class that can fly that route.

If you want to compare how classes and cabins differ before you pick one, the aircraft encyclopedia is a reference. You do not select an aircraft there, and it is not part of the form.

EmptyJet is the search and request platform. It does not operate the aircraft. The certificated operator remains responsible for the aircraft, crew, and the charter agreement presented to you.
