Searching and comparing flights on EmptyJet is free.

• Submitting a booking or charter request is also free.
• Nothing is charged until you choose a confirmed option and complete payment for the operator’s invoice.

Sending a request is the first step — not a secured flight and not a payment.

• You tell us the trip you want (route, dates, passengers, and related details).
• We check whether the flight can be operated with operators in our network.
• When availability is confirmed, we send you Confirmed options from those operators to review in My Bookings.

You decide what to do next. A flight is secured only after payment for the operator’s invoice on the offer you accept.

Yes. Submitting a booking or charter request on EmptyJet is free.

• There is no charge to ask us to check availability.
• We review the request with operators in our network and share confirmed options when they are available.
• You only pay if you accept an option and complete payment for the operator’s invoice.

Most empty leg flights appear 1–30 days before departure, with many inside seven days.

• Last-minute windows (24–48 hours) often show deeper discounts.
• EmptyJet shows departure dates and times clearly so you can act quickly.
• Empty legs can sell quickly once published.

1. Sign in and complete your profile.
2. Open a flight and click Book — or submit a charter request with your trip details.
3. Enter passenger count and passport citizenships, then submit.
4. Track the request in My Bookings — it starts as Awaiting confirmation.
5. When operators confirm availability, review Confirmed options, request a formal offer, and complete payment for the operator’s invoice.

Concierge is also available via phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, or chat.

Each booking request in My Bookings shows a clear status:

Awaiting confirmation

Your request was received. We are checking availability with the flight operator. This is not a secured charter yet.

Confirmed options

The operator has confirmed one or more aircraft options you can review. The list may show Confirmed or N confirmed options.

Completed

The booking process for this request has finished.

Cancelled

The request was cancelled and is no longer active.

Declined

The request could not be fulfilled with the operator.

A flight is secured only after payment for the operator’s invoice on the offer you accept.

The flight operator issues the invoice.

• EmptyJet can accept payment for it by card through Stripe — including Google Pay and Apple Pay when your device supports them — or in cryptocurrency.
• You may also pay the operator using the instructions on that invoice.
• Use only the payment path shown for that booking.

Yes. You can pay for a private jet with cryptocurrency on EmptyJet — a confirmed empty leg or a private charter — and for a first-class suite ticket.

• On a private jet empty leg or a private charter, crypto appears once payment is due — not while a request is still awaiting confirmation.
• A first-class suite ticket can be paid in crypto at ticket checkout.
• You pick the network and the coin; the page shows the amount before you send.

Card remains available on the same checkout if you prefer it.

Three networks are offered today. Each accepts only the assets listed beside it.

Bitcoin

Native bitcoin (BTC) on the Bitcoin network.

Ethereum

Native ether (ETH), plus Tether (USDT) and USD Coin (USDC) as ERC-20 tokens.

TRON (TRC-20)

Tether (USDT) and USD Coin (USDC) as TRC-20 tokens.

USDT on TRON is not the same transfer as USDT on Ethereum. Send only the pair shown on your invoice.

1. Open the confirmed offer checkout and choose Crypto.
2. Select the network first, then the coin. On Ethereum that can be ETH, or USDT / USDC as ERC-20.
3. Send the displayed amount to the address shown for that invoice.
4. Wait on the page until the invoice records the incoming transfer.

Use only the address on your EmptyJet checkout. Concierge chat cannot issue payment details or confirm a transfer.

• Network and coin match the invoice — a token sent on the wrong chain will not credit.
• The amount on screen is the total to send. Checkout includes any crypto processing charge before you confirm.
• Network fees charged by your wallet are separate from the EmptyJet total.

If a network is temporarily unavailable, checkout simply omits it. Choose another listed option or pay by card.

Empty legs — also called repositioning flights — happen when a private jet must fly without passengers to reach its next charter departure.

• Operators often discount these sectors because an empty flight generates no revenue.
• Routes and times follow the operator’s schedule.
• On EmptyJet, observed discounts versus estimated one-way charter rates commonly fall in the 30–75% band for comparable aircraft and routes.

Empty legs have fixed routes set by repositioning needs.

• Some operators allow minor deviations — typically within roughly 100–200 km — for an additional fee.
• Major route changes usually require a full charter at standard rates.

Submit a booking request or contact EmptyJet Concierge to discuss options with the operator.

Capacity depends on aircraft type. Each EmptyJet listing shows the aircraft model and maximum passengers.

• Light jets — typically 4–8 passengers
• Midsize jets — typically 6–10 passengers
• Heavy jets — typically 10–16 passengers

Amenities and baggage capacity vary by operator and jet class — see the aircraft encyclopedia for model context.

Empty legs operate under the same aviation safety regulations as standard charter — certified crews, maintained aircraft, and required insurance.

• Availability is confirmed before charter terms are finalized.
• The flight is operated by the charter operator under their terms and aviation approvals.

EmptyJet maintains a worldwide database of empty-leg and private charter flight options.

• The catalog is updated several times a day as new opportunities appear.
• Routes, aircraft, and prices are brought into one consistent format so you can compare options side by side.
• Listings can be scored against estimated market rates to help you spot value.

Published listings can change or sell out. Availability and final price are confirmed with the operator when you submit a booking request.

You enquire on a listing; EmptyJet coordinates with the operator and brings confirmed options back for you to review.

• We check availability and pricing with the operator behind the offer.
• You receive options to accept or decline.
• The flight is operated by the charter operator under the terms of the offer you accept.

• Aircraft and airport pages explain the jets and airports that appear in live inventory.
• Research summarizes empty-leg offers by departure month — prices, busy routes, and how listed fares compare with full-charter estimates.
• Comparisons put similar aircraft side by side when both show real demand on the platform.

Yes. Read-only public dataset endpoints and documentation are published under /datasets.

• JSON endpoints mirror what Research and encyclopedia indexes currently publish.
• Scope and stability are described on those pages — treat them as the source of truth for what is currently offered.

When you pay on EmptyJet, checkout offers card and cryptocurrency.

• Card — processed by Stripe. Depending on your device, Stripe may also show wallets such as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
• Cryptocurrency — Bitcoin (BTC), ether (ETH), plus USDT and USDC on Ethereum and TRON. See Crypto Payments for networks and steps.
